e-llis is a rapidly growing supply chain business, and we’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with B2B clients to understand their unique needs and demonstrating the value of our innovative supply chain solutions. You will play a crucial part in building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers, driving sales growth, and contributing to our marketing initiatives. Sales

  • Understand the products or services you’re selling, and effectively articulate their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Actively research and approach prospective clients.
  • Initiate outreach to potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to arrange meetings and generate leads for a robust sales pipeline.
  • Build a prospect list aligned with the company’s strategic vision.
  • Assess leads and understand their unique requirements to identify potential clients.
  • Address objections and persuade prospects to schedule calls with the sales representative for collaborative opportunities.
  • Nurture leads throughout the sales process with the sales representative.
  • Evaluate and respond to incoming sales and marketing leads.
  • Use CRM tools to gather and organize customer details.
  • Focus on enhancing client relationships to strengthen partnerships.
  • Prepare customer presentations and offers under the guidance of the Business Unit Manager or sales representative.
  • Define an annual sales strategy with the sales representative and report on it regularly.

Marketing:

  • Manage day-to-day social media activities and annual strategy.
  • Maintain and update the company website.
  • Develop a company presentation template and prepare demos/presentations with others.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA) in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.

Skills & Aptitudes

  • Strong networking, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills
  • A proactive ‘hunter’ sales profile, commercial B2B profile
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High energy individual with the drive and motivation to deliver solutions to customers.
  • Long term vision
  • Commitment to excellence, supported by exceptional time management and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
  • Fluency in English, oral and written
