e-llis is experiencing rapid growth and we’re seeking a passionate and driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will lead our sales initiatives, engaging with B2B clients to understand their specific needs and highlighting the benefits of our innovative 4PL and supply chain solutions. You will be essential in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, driving sales growth, and supporting our marketing efforts. Job Description

  • Research leads, develop entry strategies, and generate new business to drive revenue and growth.
  • Identify business opportunities, build a prospect list, and leverage networking to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Nurture leads through the sales process with regular follow-ups, personalized communication, and relationship-building.
  • Develop long-term client relationships for sustainable, profitable, and recurrent business.
  • Create short- and long-term sales plans to consistently meet sales objectives, in collaboration with the business unit manager.
  • Manage existing accounts and provide top-tier customer service.
  • Identify upselling opportunities, new markets, and evolving customer needs.
  • Oversee all sales activities and manage the entire pre- to post-sales cycle.
  • Recognize customer needs and provide feedback to improve services and solutions.
  • Manage administration and reporting efficiently.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the products and services, and effectively articulate their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Supervise one direct report.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA) in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain.

Skills & Aptitudes

  • Strong networking, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.
  • Proven sales record with strong negotiation skills and a proactive ‘hunter’ sales profile.
  • Experience in B2B sales involving complex deals, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; proven ability to connect with C-level executives.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
  • High energy individual with the drive and motivation to enhance customer supply chains.
  • Commitment to excellence, supported by exceptional time management and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
